Our Statement of Faith

We believe that the eternal triune God is a Christian essential, who reveals Himself to us in three divine persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, with distinct personal attributes, each of the same substance and perfections.

We believe that Jesus Christ is the true God and true Man. In His incarnation as Jesus Christ He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that Christ died on the cross as a substitute for sinners, as a sacrifice for sin, as a propitiation of the wrath of God toward sinners, and His death on the cross made provision for the redemption of men from sin. We believe in the death, burial and bodily resurrection of Christ, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

We believe that the Gospel of Jesus Christ is God's means of bringing salvation to His people, that sinners are justified only through faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, and not as a result of good works. We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful man, spiritual transformation by the Holy Spirit is imperative, and that this salvation is through Jesus alone.

We believe the Holy Bible is comprised of 66 books within the Old and New Testament, which are inerrant and divinely inspired. We only use the word of God for our specific knowledge of God. We believe that the authority and sufficiency of Scripture extends to the entire Bible, and therefore that the Bible is our final authority for all doctrine and practice.
